The Andrew Marr Show 05/April/2020
I am joined this morning live in the studio but at an appropriatedistance by Sir Keir Starmer,
elected yesterday by a comfortable margin as the new Labour leader.
From the government, who this week opened the first of the new emergency Nightingale
hospitals, by the Health Secretary, Matt Hancock.
And by a man more influential right now than any politician, Professor Neil Ferguson of Imperial College London, whose warnings led to the current lockdown and whose views will help shape what comes next.
And, because viruses don't understand borders, I'll be talking to the deputy leader of the World Bank, Axel van Trotsenburg.
Plus, as we count the cost of all these cancellations, I'll be talking to Gary Lineker about the future of football
and the frustrations of life indoors for sports people of all kinds.
