Inferno WTF is a super-short, super-intense program. All workouts are 15 minutes or less, but they'll challenge you like nothing else.
You'll work out three days a week for six weeks. Weeks 1 and 2 feature total-body workouts. Weeks 3 and 4 break up your workouts into upper-body, lower-body and core focus. And in Weeks 5 and 6, you'll complete each of the workouts one more time for max impact.
