The Core

These core drills are what have helped Deepika build the strength that’s needed for many of the most challenging poses in the yoga practice, and they can help you too. The drills in this practice are intense, but don’t worry, Deepika offers plenty of opportunity for rest.

Backbends

Get ready to work on increasing your backbend strength and flexibility. In this class Deepika demonstrates some of her most favorite drills. These are drills that she uses in her regular practice to prepare for strong, flexible and pain-free backbends.
