Taking place six years after saving the arcade from Turbo's vengeance, the Sugar Rush arcade cabinet has broken, forcing Ralph and Vanellope to travel to the Internet via the newly-installed Wi-Fi router in Litwak's Arcade to retrieve the piece capable of saving the game.



Nella sala di giochi di Litwak le cose vanno molto meglio da quando Ralph ha la sua amica Vanellope e Vanellope ha il suo eroe Ralph. A volte, se mai, alla ragazzina va un po' stretto il suo gioco: sempre le stesse piste, poco spazio per l'imprevisto. Ma ecco che una grande avventura bussa allora alle loro porte, quando un guasto al volante di Sugar Rush, e l'impossibilità di reperire il pezzo di ricambio, minaccia di mandare in pensione il gioco di Vanellope, lasciando senza casa e senza lavoro lei e tutti gli altri corridori. Non resta che tentare di acquistare il volante su Ebay, avventurandosi in quell'ignoto universo chiamato Internet.
