A-10 V-9 ... thanks for the upload! Thoroughly entertaining, well acted, good screen writing, especially for a lower budget film! |
I like movies set in the '60s or '70s; particularly seeing the cars. BTW, ... Pintos were known to EXPLODE when hit from behind; like the type of damage done to the one in the movie. I wonder if the movie makers damaged the Pinto in that way as a tongue-in-cheek joke/ hidden Easter egg or they were unaware of the Pinto's history. Ford Motor Company did a recall to fix the "exploding-when-rear ended' problem but customer confidence was gone and the Pinto was soon taken out of production. |
It was a nice looking car, silver was it? Was the explosion something to do with the fuel? |
The bolt holding on the bumper. When the bumper was struck hard, that bolt would be driven into the fuel tank; piercing the tank. This would sometimes cause the tank to burst into flames. The recall fix was to cover that bolt with a broad plastic cap. The plastic cap prevented the bolt from piercing the fuel tank. |
I like the genre, definitely sounds like a throwback movie. I hope its good. THANKS!! |
Looks interesting and has Sierra McCormick in it who was in "The Vast of Night" (2019) which is one of those interesting, atmospheric, "shouldn't really be good, and kind of isn't, but also is good and sticks with you" movies. I'll try it when I get a chance. |
Year setting in 60 - 70, the movie actually fun to watched, the story not much, simple, acting not bad. |
Cos it's got "Yuma" in the title....? Synopsis suggests otherwise. |
Overall not bat at all. Quentin Tarantino school of filmaking e.t.c. |
From trailer, most likely "one place thriller drama, you being trap drama" |
Dudes, a great movie after a long, long time! Keep doing more! |
What the hell, thanks for this lovely flic. Lot of cinematic details and fun dialogs. Muchas gracias. |
