What was that TGx security fence stuff about 07 13 2023 ?

I see things seem to back to normal but I had no idea how to respond to the "change ip address" request during the security fence login period  since in ip config I show only one.  I have no VPN etc which is the normal response according to any search I did on it.

Happens a few times to me,im on mobile,and clearing my cache fixes the problem each time
