A west Texas man made calls to police and the FBI before embarking on a shooting spree that took the lives of seven innocent bystanders, authorities said Monday. "Right after that firing he called 911 ... and so did his employer," Odessa police chief Michael Gerke told reporters. "And basically they were complaining at each other because they had a disagreement over that firing." The Coast Guard has confirmed to the NBC affiliate in Los Angeles that four bodies have been recovered. 30 people still remain unaccounted for. Hurricane Dorian hovered at a near-standstill Monday evening as it battered the northern Bahamas with ferocious winds and heavy surf, leaving at least five dead in the archipelago as officials warned the body count could rise. Saturday's shooting in Odessa Texas left seven people dead from 15 to 57 years old with 22 injured. It comes just four weeks after 22 people were killed in a massacre in El Paso, Texas.
