| Another simple option (Only if you don't remember the torrent name), If you're using windows then Click > Start > Run >  and hit Enter. Example: %AppData%uTorrent < Here I will get all the torrent files which I have downloaded or seeded or removed without download. Directory Example:  Get the torrent file from there (I'm sure you figure out which file it was by viewing them into the folder), run, if you've seeding the torrent via default download directory, then you're good to go by simply run and start it will re-check and start the deed. if content downloaded into another location then before running a torrent select the direct/location where you've downloaded it, same here it will re-check and start seeding.
