| I get the same problem when I click the stream button and the try to add a comment from that page. It gives me a white screen. I need to go back to the main movie/tv page and then I can put in a comment. | |

| You are indeed correct. When posting a comment on the normal torrent page the comment is posted but on when you open the streaming page it won't be posted. Will pass it on to the techies. Thanks | |

| Was using mobile and about to click forums when I misclick upload below the forum icon, it says error access denied, then I checked forums to look for the trial upload topic the old one got closed. Maybe Tech Crew forgot to hyperlink it to new trial upload topic V2?  | |

| Possible session cookie issue or refreshing doo-dah-thingy... Open one tab on Forum and one in chat... If you have "NEW POSTS" indicated in the top right of the Forum Home Page then click on the icon labelled "MARK ALL READ"...this will clear all the unread posts showing... The "NEW POSTS" icon will now NOT indicate any new posts now no matter how many new posts are actually made...?...page re-fresh does not change it. You have to close the all your Forum tabs and then reload the forum for it to start working again....and it only starts counting new posts from when you reload the page, not your last unread post. | I found the "issue" behind it  When you click on the "Mark all read" icon you are taken here >> https://torrentgalaxy.to/forums.php?catchup Same main forum page but without new posts.....and when you refresh that page to see if there are any new posts....it MARKS any NEW POSTS AS READ at the same time....so the "NEW POST" counter will always display no new posts on THAT page You have to go back a page or close reload to get back to the true Main Forum Page  Sorted  ðŸ‘Last edited by B4ND1T69 on 2022-07-10 14:05:58 | |

| Will someone please put tech support onto getting rid of the malicious redirects? Single click on any page or try to grab the scroll bar and you're redirected to any number of malicious sites that appear to be attempting to attack our systems. This is being reported a lot in the "comments" sections. I've had to totally disable all Javascripting in order to stop the redirects, but that eliminates the ability to see the screen grabs or the movie poster pictures. The only way I've avoided the redirects was by using a fast double-click and only scrolling with the mouse wheel, not the scroll bar in the browser. Was the same issue in Avast browser, Edge, and Opera. I get this one: https://ioniaukmla.xyz/cTIybXEQUF8Z and another one trying to get clicks on website domain names it says are for sale. | i only get hit with redirects when i'm on my mobile and not logged in and yes they can be brutal (only when i'm using my mobile and not logged in) i don't get many whilst using the pc as i have an adequate adblocker in place | |

| ExGamer - I tried that and you're right. I don't always sign in when I drop in to see what's new for uploads. However, apart from the ads, the redirects were stopping me from even being able to get to the log in screen at all. And when I could finally get to the log in screen, once I input username and password, clicking on the 'Log In' button redirected me to different sites over and over. It wasn't until I tried using a fast double-click (I have everything set up for single-click on my systems) that I was finally able to get logged in. It's been a big frustration, and not just for me by the looks of the comments. And I'm always on the VPN, so that apparently wasn't doing anything to help stop the problem. | 2 ways i use ad blockers they work and theres another way,, try rt. click and open page in new tab this way the log in page pops up no issues, also a good thing to keep the log in page bookmarked so there wont be any problems getting to it when that ad pops up right over the buttons ....  once logged in there gone  | |

| I use the log in page all the time. Even tried on another browser without log in page ,got ads till i got logged in then all were gone. I logged in as a guest also. Did not have any adblockers working either. I've never had a redirect. | |

| Hello TGx Team, I've had a question. SuperBikeMike referred me to this topic. I got the following problem. I've uploaded "Thor.Love.and.Thunder.2022.1080p.CAM.x265-iDiOTS" and normally the release shows up on "similiar torrents" if u click on Thor as example on the startpage on "First Cam". But this time its nevermind if you click on the release from C1NEM4, SUNSCREEN, ProLover or 1XBET, our Torrent never show up on similiar torrents, and thats kind of weird. | It's purely down to the seed/peer count ho4x Look at the list of "Similar torrents" and you'll see they are in order of most seed/peers.... Your upload has not reached the required amount of seed/peers yet to get on the list... Once it gets MORE seed/peers than the last torrent in the similar list it will then replace it etc etc until it's at the top Hope this answers your queery. | |
