Send me a PM and get unlimited access for free. Unfortunately, I have run out of enough free space to upload anymore MSNBC shows to my yandex folder. I have already DLed and permanently deleted a number of MSNBC shows, which is both time consuming and unpleasant. While I am certain that my efforts are not nearly as time consuming as what Pawpcorn and LarMer have been doing, this is still time consuming work, and I have NO free time. I have had to let other usual and desired activities fall by the wayside to share these items with you -- those of you who are interested enough to make some effort, such as posting Likes or send me PMs -- even to read my messages and look at the sample Morning Joe episode. Yandex offers additional desk space for modest monthly fees; I am using the free account that Furrbear suggested a long time ago. The normal monthly fees for added space (above the free 10 GB) are: $2/mo for 100 GB $10/mo for 1 TB The fees are less when paying a year in advance. However, they have just started offering me a 20% discount; this offer is good until May 14 (18:43) $1.60/mo for 100 GB $8/mo for 1 TB Note: 100 GB is ten times as much as 10 GB; 1 TB is 100 times as much. So if any of you would like me to continue uploading new episodes (which I think I have demonstrated I can do rather quickly), then one or more members can step forward and offer to donate funds to purchase additional space. Surely anyone of you can afford $1.60, right? I have been DLing and saving these MSNBC episodes since 2015, when misseps first started posting them at KAT; that's 4 years ago, so I will be continuing with my downloads indefinitely. I have a large library and a fast Internet connection, so this is something that you can also benefit from. And make no mistake about it, Trump and his cohorts worked with the Russians to steal this presidency, and our very democracy is in danger with a lawless administration and the vapid cooperation of most of the GOP. While some may find the news depressing, it is still fascinating, as this is history in the making. Unlike the rise of Hitler and Mussolini, there are still many professionals of good will who will resist and fight. As Rachel said last night, this is really all one big fight. There is too much at stake to give up now. And to our ex-pat friends, if Trump somehow manages to turn America into any kind of dictatorship, the rest of the remaining free world will be in grave danger, just like happened when Hitler joined forces with other fascist powers, like Italy and Japan. Just look at what happened to the Netherlands, Poland, Belgium, France, and the Jews. And for some time, Great Britain stood nearly alone, and without the help of America, could very well have succumbed to the Nazis. Putin is an ex-KGB officer and a ruthless killer, but he consolidated power and will be hard to dislodge. And now, with the use of successful active measures, he has his most valuable asset, Donald Trump. I will remain open to any suggestions or comments. In the meantime, my folder will remain up with all the shows and other goodies still in it and available, and anyone can still send me a PM at any time requesting access. As you can probably see, because I am posting smaller sized shows and not creating torrent pages or posting elaborate writeups and other factors, I have demonstrated that I can post these shows MUCH faster so that they can be viewed in a more timely fashion. I have also uploaded other shows that my colleagues have not. Both Bill Maher and Seth Meyers talk about Trump critically, and 'lying' is mentioned. As I mentioned in one PM, I have been downloading copies of many of the MSNBC daytime lineup of shows (5 am to 3 pm). This is rather time consuming, and space is limited, so I've only uploaded a few of them. Anyhow, hopefully you can see that a longer term continuation of this service might be beneficial to you, and if so, you can consider whether you want to do anything to keep it going. | Greetings, As I've mentioned, I do have copies of the other MSNBC shows that air -- but for which MLs (for full episodes) aren't available. Most of these come from postings by users at youtube and quality can be pretty variable. I feel they are good enough for my purposes, but I'm reluctant to post a show with obvious defects, for example, an episode of Weekends with Alex Witt (with guest host) from today that runs to near the end of the show, but then starts repeating footage from the beginning. Similarly, earlier I had a complete episode of Real Time posted by a user, but it was slightly OOS so I decided to wait for a scene copy to share with you. I am sure that some of these defects can be fixed, for example trimming the end of the show, but offhand I don't have that specific knowledge or experience. I am also trying to conserve space, so that I don't run out of it again (before Pawpcorn's presumed return). | Hello friends, I did my best to find a good copy of Saturday Night Politics; the one I got for us has obfuscated commercials but is complete, with the full introduction and opening credits and the complete "Let's Be Clear," his closing editorial, similar to Keith Olbermann's 'Special Commentary' on Countdown. I haven't had time to watch all of it yet, but what I saw was excellent. Guests include the fabulous Nicolle Wallace, along with Rick Stengel, and Donny does excellent introductions for himself and them. And further, this copy is in 720p! Don't miss it. Also special is an extra hour-long ALL new evening edition of AM Joy! This one is also in 720p. Saturday Night Politics with Donny Deutsch (2019.05.11)-3.mp4 [720p] 1:02:10 AM Joy (2019.05.11) (7 pm) (hs Joy Reid) - PM Joy Special Edition.mp4 [720p] 41:54 The bad news is that the first show is on the second folder -- a company headquartered in Switzerland -- while the second show is back at yandex. Company number two surprised me by telling me that I only had 5 GB (half) of my supposed free 10 GB 'available.' They also wanted an exorbitant amount of money for more space, though I think the fee was for 500 GB. But I was pretty fed up, so I paid yandex $1.60 for another 100 GB for one month, since I didn't want you guys to miss out on this fine show that probably none of you even knew aired. In case you don't know this, user-posted copies of MSNBC shows don't stay up terribly long -- even though Google makes money off them by displaying short video ads; sometimes they are gone mere hours later, and within 24 hours, either nothing remains, or just the first two seconds. Furrbear and I corresponded privately quite a bit, and he considered the shows to be 'ephemeral,' so he didn't have any problem deleting the older episodes from his folder. Of course since they were only half the size (or less) of mine, he was able to keep quite a few online at any given time. Knowing how some folks might think, I didn't want to futz around deleting or trying to use some other free alternative and then the show become 'old news' according to some people. Nor did I want to expend any more precious time, as this effort has already eaten up a LOT of my time. Anyhow I hope you guys (and gals) were worth this extravagant splurge! :-) And yes, you can still request access to these folders via PM at any time. drhankh | |

| Hi there, Recently I got an email from pCloud, who is the provider of the second holder (and also hosts BB's posts of MLs); they advised me of some stats regarding my shares. Prior to that, I didn't even know they offered any stats. To date, they show that there were 88 DLs totaling 7.4 GB, so it appears that someone found my uploads there appealing. :) As I mentioned, I had suddenly run out of usable space there; when I uploaded my last show, I only had 5.27 GB used of 10 GB of my free account, but would have had to complete more 'tasks' which were time consuming and tedious, to 'unlock' more space -- or purchase more space. The least expensive plan was about $4 per month ($3.99 for 500 GB). However, I was really upset that I didn't get my full promised 10 GB without warning and felt cheated. It was also more twice as expensive as Yandex's lowest priced plan ($1.60 per month, though for much less space -- 100 GB). But I never felt cheated by Yandex, and as a fill in for Pawpcorn, didn't see the need for so much more space, so I purchased from Yandex. I did notice that Yandex offered some stats on my shares, but according to them, there have been 48 views but only 4 DLs. And 46 of those views were prior to my post from Sunday. Members should note that Yandex does provide the ability to play any video only using your browser. Of course pCloud also has that ability. Anyhow, inasmuch as I had mentioned that Yandex the company is located in Russia, I was wondering is users were leery of it. Yandex had been selected by Furrbear, who had figured out the workaround to MSNBC's geoblocking / requirement of a paid provider (e.g., a cable or satellite subscription that includes MSNBC) in order to view their full videos. He posted many shows to his Yandex folder, I DLed the vast majority of them, and had no problems whatsoever. I also uploaded several MSNBC shows about a year and half ago, and they were still there; I was able to DL them successfully. I had no problems uploading new shows, and when I paid for the extra 100 GB of space, I got it instantly, and it was added to my 10 GB, giving me 110 GB, so I did not feel cheated. Hence, I hope users will feel completely comfortable browsing through my Yandex folder, as well as my pCloud folder, and DLing whatever interests you. Also, please keep in mind that recently added files could disappear if I cancel my monthly subscription. Based on Pawpcorn's message, I am expecting that he will return soon, and whatever I might upload in the future depends on seeing concrete evidence of usage by members. One feature that I have tried to demonstrate, is that I can post shows in a much faster, more timely fashion than others who are posting via torrents. Higher resolution shows are much larger, take longer to DL and initial seeding is time consuming. Additionally, my colleagues are also creating posts for each torrent, and well as posting messages on this thread, and are often adding additional information, such as segment titles and for Pawpcorn, segment descriptions. And if they offer two resolutions, that's two DLs, two torrents to initially seed and two posts. Believe me, it's very time consuming. In fact, this was LarMer's stated reason a long time ago for not posting episodes of Hardball. I can tell you that personally, this undertaking has consumed many, many hours, of time. In fact, each message on this thread takes over an hour to compose, edit and post. So I want to be sure my time and effort is worthwhile. I can post shows much quicker, I can post shows that others aren't posting (ones that lack MLs), and I can also post some shows at 720p and even 1080p resolutions. In fact, I can DL and post any of the usual 10 MSNBC shows for which MLs are posted, in 540p, 720p and 1080p resolutions if I want. In fact, they would probably look identical to most of what LarMer and Pawpcorn post. Recently I have posted some shows in 720p and even one in 1080p. And I am offering two more today in 720p. One is an excellent copy of a show where there is NO ML. Another will likely get an ML next morning, but I am posting a 720p copy now; while imperfect, it allows you to watch the show (TB) while it is still fresh. | Forcing this anti-Constitution cabal to recognize Congressional oversight I know this isn't about video clips, but please indulge me. IMO, the ignoring/trashing by Trump&Minions of Congressional oversight, including subpoenas, is currently the biggest impediment to both justice and productive governance. I've done much research on this topic, and thus far the person I consider to have the most wisdom about this is Brad Miller, former US Rep. from North Carolina. Beginning in January of this year, he has written four insightful articles at The Daily Beast about Congressional oversight. (article titles: Lock 'em Up, Skimpy Pretext, Moment of Truth, and A 'Fine' Mess) Last Thursday (9 May), Brad Miller was interviewed on The Nicole Sandler Show podcast -- very informative! It's been discussed before, but some may not realize that MJ is a 3 hour long show, with the first two hours containing mostly new material; the 'podcast' or ML version has segments mostly from the 8 am hour, but essentially it's only about half the full aired content. I have managed to find captures of the 7 am and 8 am hours, as well as a few 'full' shows that run over 2 hours. If anyone wants these post a comment or PM. I also have some episodes of MJ First Look, though these are not 100% complete or the best quality, but I could post these two my folder. Pawpcorn has often posted many of these episodes. I recently started using a youtube plugin for Opera which shows the sizes of the various DL options; in most cases 720p is much larger than SD but occasionally, it's just moderately larger, so I've started getting those shows in the higher resolution format, like two of the above shows.
