| Today, when I was uploading in the morning with the API, got this return response.  Then I tried uploading manually, in different ways. A. Putting the torrent file and cover image on different paths. B. renaming the torrent file and the cover image. C. using image hosts direct link for the cover image There were 3 torrents that I wanted to upload. 2 got this same error. and the last one successfully uploaded. and in the same usual way, I upload every day. also on other 4 sites that I uploaded didn't get any error. (13x, ettv, glotrnts, prostylex) These are the file sizes. 11.81GB ---> This one was uploaded Successfully. 11.19GB ---> Got the error. 6.70GB ---> Got the error. Also, I uploaded much larger files didn't get any errors. and there was exactly 15 tracker which is my usual number. https://bpa.st/4VBQ Hope The Tech department will look into it. Thanks. | |

| This error usually means that the cover image you're trying to upload is too large. The size of the image must be 1MB or less. I added the most appropriate covers I could find to both of your torrents | |

| miok 100% correct (always will), a while ago, I had faced the same issue couple of months earlier, while uploading a torrent, simply decreasing cover dimension/size lesser than 1 MB fixed the issue, and it's not an error that you're uploaded via API, it's a usual error for everyone whether API or manual upload while using files larger in sizes that wouldn't seem under requirements or a wrong file types, allow me to say sometime images has wrong format type in that case you should check for the correct ones. (I hope this helps to beginners)Just a saying, a good quality cover for torrent thumbnail can be done lesser than 70kbps (where the 1mb is enough room we have) Last edited by Prom3th3uS on 2021-10-14 16:21:58 | |

| Do you mean by Gear ^ to jump to Top? If you say so, it's fine, working as it should be! It disappears while you head over to top chat box area (Means already at top), when you scroll-down a bit, it will appear as usual!  Reload the page might help, if you're facing any issue! | Close/Restart browser, it shall help if it can, I edited this post twice so, it seems site a bug as mentioned below! Just saying, Never experienced such issues on Firefox so far, though, I know both of these browsers known for good features, but trust me, I would never use anything that won't be stable permanently, I'm not promoting Firefox, but It suits on all kind of internet surfing, You can try it too LOL, it's there for me but not for you, That's weird, lol Might be backend issue or something, because, we are all living in different places using different operating systems, so, definitely it's something related to system!
