I dont quite understand about the private tracker thing, how are we supposed to get our files? Rip them ourselves? Usenet? I can encode and rip my own things if this is an requirement, but would be a lot easier to upload from other sources.

You can share content you acquired from private trackers but you must not remove the original uploader's/encoder's tag (if present) and you need to create your own .torrent file using only public trackers in your client.

Furthermore I'm familiarized with the use of private trackers and I acklowledge the requirement of 5 minimum torrents a month during trial.
