Guess it's unfair to call this a problem...  more of an annoyance.

the recent focus attempt  that used to be  on most pages   >>     $( "#topsearch" ) .focus()

seems to now be  on the 'browse torrent' pages                       >>      $("#advsearch" ) .focus()


It's basically assuming that u want...  to search when browsing,  which is often not the case.  

For example,  if u are browsing some pages, scroll to BOTTOM, click for a description page,  then go back..  
the focus() jumps to TOP of the page (where the search box is)

Then you find yourself always saying... "what the f...?"        or atleast that's my experience :D

Csa if I get what you are saying that "99+New Posts" I believe it is a permanent fixture to keep you aware of all posts available to be read.Tried it in staff forums & it is there also.

True as I've done it but  it's still there only the quantity changes to 0 & it starts over.At least it has for me .

Have you pressed the read all button ? If you have it should say 0 but will automatically fill up again.That cannot be stopped as far as i know.When someone makes a new post no matter in what thread the count starts over.

exactly skunk, when i click on "search" from what show Opera "Search" "Copy"
appears glued the query words with New Posts

easiest way..  
would be to highlight the top text (green arrow)

and not the bottom text (red X)

atleast it works for me this way , hopefully for you too :)
