Not applicable for our specific case and the scene in general.
This is more like a challenge, to get the release first, unpack it, seed
and do all the necessary steps to have it available on a public place
like this. You can't screw it up, maybe forget to add screenshots/nfo
or imdb link is the "worst" mistake an uploader can make.

As long as they create their own .torrent file, which changes the info hash, it isn't considered indexing, as the rules are now. This may or may not change in the future.

It depends on what other people you mean..
The rules state :
No yts and uploaders who are active here.
If you do upload a file from someone else it must be uploaded as it is; meaning unchanged file, title and any tags.
Also in the description the original uploader must be credited.
Files from ettv/rarbg allowed as this will hopefully preserve the files from disappearing.

I noticed that a lot of sites are passing off my torrents as their own. And I decided to attach the following text file to the folder.
