clearly we best not be critical or suffer the wrath of staff. I agree with everything you said/ yes hiccups occur when a site changes hands/ the communication has been poor at best/ one instance no biggie/ then it was more down time now another instance/while i enjoy my time here i if i am banned i will get by/ I am not a big bully fan.

Why would you get banned for stating your opinion ?
We are not told or notified when something is going to happen.
Yes we've had issues but hopefully the techs will be  getting things resolved soon.
This effects all of us staff included.

Explanation for Uploaders...

Hello Pirate friends, I have prepared a guide for those who have problems adding new content to TGx.

In the picture, you need to untick the " Auto-lookup IMDB info when no ID is given. (Only works for TV/Movies)" box in the Red box.

"Torrent description"
Just add a title to this section and publish the Torrent.

You will get the output "Database Error. Please report this to an administrator."

To check if the torrent is published, we go to https://torrentgalaxy.to/ again. Below is "Latest torrents". As you can see, the torrent in the red box is published.

We click on our published torrent link and enter our torrent topic. We click on "Edit/Delete Torrent" in the Red Box and prepare the content as BBcode.

You can prepare it like this. Then we click " Submit Changes " and the Torrent is published.

The uploaders you have mentioned are bots that collate uploads from elsewhere. If you are looking for a specific uploader look at the tag at the end of the file name and you can easily find their uploads elsewhere.

Umm, duh. I'm sorry you missed the point. Some of us like to download MiNX rips and other TGx bot rips... Did you find any recent MiNX rips on LT?... No. If so, I type corrected... Jus sayin...

All Torrent Galaxy Bots that upload torrents have been offline since 5th Dec.

I think you'll notice when they come back.

Staff do not know when they will be back online at this time.

I love TGx. I think we all do. I've only been here a little while, but I've lost their trust... Too many issues this year... The mods try, but I don't think the developers communicate with them, and we are left in the dark. We all have been finding what we need somewhere else and what we missed, what we relied on, won't "MAGICALLY' return.

You’d be surprised. Banning is becoming increasingly common for simply expressing an opinion or concern that doesn't align with the echo chamber. Sometimes, moderators mention the ban to others, using it as a form of intimidation and bullying, asserting that (insert relevant forum) is not a democracy. If you don't like it, they say, then leave — essentially telling you to "GTFU."

Personally, I prefer to scroll to the last page to see comments related to current issues. This could easily be mitigated if there were a sticky post each time a major issue arises. It only takes a minute or so to do. Instead, visitors are left to sift through an overwhelming number of comments or turn to Reddit, hoping to find any updates.

Site Issues Info

For those popping in for some info...
The site is currently having issues with it's image hosts, as you can see from the missing images all over. This does not affect forum images, ONLY images UPLOADED to the site.:_:-(...this is making uploading difficult for some.
The temporary workaround for this is to upload as normal but DO NOT post the IMDB link, or any poster image link, and leave the torrent name empty (the site will grab the name from file)...descriptions can be done as normal, with all image links included etc., as these are not uploaded to the site so don't affect the upload.
you might still get the "database error" on screen, if so just go back or refresh the page and your upload will show up.
Anyone having issues with the .torrent download link, or the RSS feed in QBert can use the magnet link...this is working o.k.
Anyone having issues with the magnet can just copy/paste the addy into your client...use the Add From URL option.
Site Staff are aware of the issues and we are awaiting a fix.
Normal Service will resume shortly:_:-*

You do realise that the site has recently changed hands...?...the big "downtime" with the cryptic messages...?
When that happened the OG removed ALL info/threads/posts/access etc that connected them to the site...?...which is obviously now causing issues in the back end.
This site was designed to run the way the OG wanted, not the new peeps, so please give the new peeps a chance to get to grips with things.

Hey guys thanks a lot for the great work that you do whether you are the new or the old owners. After your last little bit of downtime and or upgrading it seems like your image server is having issues with thumbnails either that or my psychotically fast connection doesn't work which I doubt since I'm writing this... lol
I'm sure you're aware of the issue it's only been since you guys went back up. I don't know if it's you guys or on my end....
just trying to figure it out and help. On my end everything graphics and so on with the HTML looks fine but none of the thumbnails for the current, up and coming, hit movies,  all that carp that usually runs in the left column are coming up ex's

Please let me know if you have a second. if I should flush my drives  thumbnails and reload it from scratch????
