This torrent is fine, I have it at 100%.

If you are already seeding it, then [as above] you have nothing to do (it does in fact have 3 seeders atm).

Yes, well it depends on how you look at it. But At the end of the day it is basically the same thing. An uploader like battlestar I'm guessing seeds for a while and then lets all the other peers do the work of keeping a torrent alive. If a download needs some help then he likely adds it back to the seedbox ('seeding again'). This does not require Making a new torrent an re-uploading it.

As far as I am aware you can add a 1337x text file to your torrents.

It's perfectly acceptable to add text files for other sites to your torrents.
If you check one of mine, you'll see that I include texts for several sites.
However, promoting other sites in torrent descriptions is not permitted.

"MiNX" only does individual episodes and I've never seen that user uploaded a complete season .torrent.

If I have dowloaded a season on MiNX episodes, is it permissable for me to created my own .torrent with all the season's episodes, without altering the file or file name in any way?

Or....do I need to REMUX them myself and give my own name?

As miok solved this, continue to that....

Another easy solution is to give proper credit to the source/scene group in the description, encoders does it to thank the main source they encoded from, removing tags is must and encode with your settings as miok mentioned above, so, giving credit to main source may solve it in all direction even if any tag left somewhere somehow, no matter it's yours (re-encoded) or someone's else, it shall be stayed as clean of any objection.

Thanks for the reply. I'm not talking about re-encoding the MiNX episodes with my tag, I know that's acceptable. I'm talking about just using MiNX episodes (unchanged in any way whatsoever) and uploading as a season .torrent, which appears is OK...Cheers
