I note you are still looking for uploaders.
I upload to some private sites atm, and would be interested, but I have a few questions.

Unlike most upload screens, you seem to ask for a separate cover image link, and imdb code.
Other sites grab the poster image from IMDB, and the imdb code itself from the description, dont you do that here ?
The reason for asking is that my system is automated, and while I could add the IMDB code quite easily, getting the image would not be easy.
I dont have screenshots in the description for the same reason (just file, video & sound information) - so how strict are these requirements ?

JFYI, I deal almost exclusively in TV episodes and packs  (x265/720p, 480p, XviD), with the occasional film (Such as Stargate & Babylon 5).

I dont have a public seeding server atm, so no rush, but If you are still interested, I will look at setting one up.

Hi battlestar
Most is not compulsory and Yes we grab any info we can via imdb but we just think that the content looks so much better and appealing to the downloaders when it's presented neatly and as accurately as possible with so much competition and choice available to fit a users criteria it helps them make a more informed decision.

I notice they all start life as "unverified" - how long does that last for ?

Ah, I think maybe I didnt phrase that very well.

I mean for how long will every torrent I upload be classed as unverified ? :)

They are actually added to the seed box before getting added here, so should be available pretty much instantly.

(Larger ones can take a minute or two for verification of the files by the client).

All content will be downloaded and checked when staff have the time depending on how many are online and how much content we have to go through but it's normally quick you can check the status as they will show as in moderation and who's working on them.... hope this helps

depends on your seeding and how fast we can scan your files not long in general i have done 4 of yours already

I guess Im not explaining this very well. :(
I understand that currently they will be 'unverified' until someone checks them.

What Im asking is how long will every torrent I upload be unverifed, is this just for the first few days ?
Perhaps if I reverse the question it will be clearer - at what point will a torrent I upload not require verification ?

When you get trusted uploader status you will automatically have all torrents marked verified as you upload

Do you have a firewall or other IP blocking system ?
My box has been unable to POST anything to TG since sometime yesterday.

I have had to manually fudge my Siren uploads which is a much slower and more long winded process.

Yep like every site we can block ip's can you give a little more info on the exact issue you having please sounds like your saying you could not upload ?

I saw my status got updated to "Verified Uploaded" today. :)

However, I posted some torrents not long ago and they still show as "Unverified" - am I missing something :help

I'm using the API now if that makes a difference.

Probably your cover picture is to big. Try uploading without the cover first.

If you make your peace size 512 kB that will cut the size of your torrent down that might help...:D

hi , i've recently noticed that when completing an upload  of a  file  the  torrent details immediately show the following stats , seeds 1 - leechers 3 - completed 3 .
i was wondering if someone could explain  these figures , especially the leechers and completed .

Seeds = peers that have the complete torrent file

Leechers = peers trying to download the torrent file

Completed = peers that have already downloaded the torrent file,but are not seeding back.

A torrent officer/moderator/admin takes the torrent into moderation. They will download the torrent, check it out, check out the torrent description and if that is all ok the torrent gets verified. If something is not right you will be contacted.
