Hi Guys
I do not know if its just Virgin but  All IPs starting with  18,52,or 54  will connect but never
D/L anything, they are related to amazon, are amazon an ISP  or what are they playing at ??

using uTorrent 2-2-1  if that matters.   Virgin Hub 3  England

These are IP's from Amazon Web Service (amazonaws). I am not quite sure who they belong to, they could possibly be linked to copyright trolls.

Be sure to use a VPN whenever downloading torrents.

They must be blocking some IPs.  As others have said, best thing to do is to have a VPN if you don't already.

I am getting problem with torrent trackers after creating a torrent seeding/upload speed is not getting started please provide me some best trackers.....

Yes Zeke is right.. we can see no upload yet.

Once it's available onsite, someone will grab it..
& then you'll see activity  (if everything else is in order)  Image error

Looks like you have it here onsite now  &  using plenty of working trackers.. but still not much activity..

EDIT ~ availability was showing  @  43.5%     100%
