  VLC Player Audio Problem

Been having audio problems with VLC player playing AACV2 files.
I have installed K-Lite but it doesn't help.
The only thing that does work is to play another file with different audio and then play the the ACCV2 file and the audio kicks in straight away.

click the vetinari and it should read

i  have both k-lite and xp-codec pack installed no issues ..
may want to try a clean install if this is the case and see ..

Audio works fine for me in VLC Version 3.0.16 Vetinari (with k-Lite codec pack installed)
Mike might have a good idea with the clean install.

The version at Wormhole is only 620 MB
Should be 987.07 MB

what i would do reintall the codec pack dont bother with a uninstall it will overwrie the old files then do the same with vlc after think that should solve it ....

Why is that file file only 620MB and the torrent 987MB ?

I'd first try reinstalling VLC but I'd completely uninstall the current one first

VLC has tons of codecs out of the box but K-Lite has a few that don't come with it.

vlc not need k-lite, have own codecs and the new ones
but if you have playing issues, just install Potplayer, plays everything
