If this is just happening to me, let me know.  I am having an issue with magnet links caused by an O/S upgrade and am whacking one mole at a time:

Pressing the green "Torrent" button on any file earns me a "Secure Connection Failed" message from watercache.nanobytes.org, without fail.  I looked back three pages on this forum and don't see this reported by anyone else.  I am currently copying the Info Hash from Firefox (PPA version) and pasting it into qbittorrent (v4.6.3) to get things rolling.  Crude, but works.  

Is this just me or are others seeing the same issue?

Firefox and qbittorrent stopped playing nice with each other when TGx came back online, but the problem is seen on all torrenting sites I checked, so that is not a TGx problem.

It's not just you. I had the same issue with the green torrent button.
Do you get the same result using Edge, or another browser? Just a suggestion, but you can quickly try the free version of uTorrent.
I just use the Magnet button which then loads directly into my uTorrent. Not had any problems with this method. I also use Firefox with a VPN.

yes, facing the same issue. I use btsow then to convert magnet to torrent, or just use the bitcache / icache sites to download with the hash.

I'm using Firefox (135.0.1) and qBittorrent (5.0.4) and I have no problems with magnet links though I get the same problem you get with the green torrent button.  Also I'm on a Linux system.

"watercache.nanobytes.org" appears to be offline atm. DNS resolves to an IP in Ukraine (as did TGX when it last went down).

Magnet links will work, but they can be an issue, depending on what trackers the uploader actually used.
If there is no overlap between TGs magnet tracker list, and the torrents actual tracker list, you have an issue.
(However, this is where DHT can come to the rescue).

This is the first time I've been able to actually log into TG since it came back up.  The GalaxyFence goes into an endless loop.

Magnet links are the only option as attempting to DL a torrent goes to an error page.

No images for me.

Using .to domain, Firefox, & VPN (changed locations multiple times with same results).

Hopefully the worker bees behind the scenes can slay the demons.

Just so you know its not just you made a vid yesterday of it, it took about 15-20 mins of looping before it stopped on the page today not so bad 5-7 mins... :_facepalm:_facepalm

most torrent links not working at the moment please use the magnets or hash and its a non issue ... :_B)

images will work on uploads if its imgur or imgbb on descriptions, i found some img hosts will not work, those do... try not using a url but a plain img] [/img bb code instead,,
main img for imdb or anything else you want to put in it wont work .......

Problems uploding you tried everything ok..
upload the torrent only nothing else then come back and ad your descriptions that should work for ya :_B):_B)
think i covered most if it :_:D

Those images getting fixed at any time?

Right now, it appears that:
  • The certificate for img.wonkychickes.org was signed with OSCP Must-Staple
  • The server configuration was accidentally changed so it nows failes to perform OSCP stapling. It SHOULD have used the ssl_stapling_file directive toghether with a cron job, which makes it necessary to manually provide updates for the OSCP record.
    But more likely, the server is NOT using ssl_stapling_file, and has blocked outgoing communication to the certificate authorities OSCP server, so it's completely unable to pull in the certificate.
  • The image host sever is now running a self-DoS as failed OSCP stapling means clients will never get a positive response, and thus also never cache anything. And yet on every stapling request, the server is trying to contact the upstream certificate authority only to be stalled by the firewall...

    No sure what thats all about, but the domain spelling is incorrect in your post (missing the 'n' in chickens).
    "img.wonkychickens.org" is using a certificate from Lets Encrypt that looks fine on multiple SSL checker tools.  :_pacman
    (ssllabs gives it an  overall rating of "A"). Still working just fine for me.  :_:)
