| hello GoT'ers , i must admit that i didn't get into this show (or any others) until 2 or 3 years ago , i didn't have the tools to watch such programmes . while visiting my mother (in her mid 70's) she introduced me to various episodes and it grabbed me by the handles and gave me a good shaking . when i did start watching from season 1ep01 i had a cramming weekend / week and watched all of the seasons that were available , i've gone back and watched many more episodes to help with the characters and the names . i was in belfast when the filming started but the show was so off my radar i didn't really take any notice (i was there for the murals before they were painted over) which i must admit i do regret a little as it would have been nice to go to the studios and do some star gazing . i've yet to watch the animated freebie with season 7 (?) dvd box set . great to see different theories floating around . ps ..love the claustrophobic feeling that some of the battle scenes give the viewer . | |
