Dr Alithea Binnie (Tilda Swinton) is an academic - content with life and a creature of reason. While in Istanbul attending a conference, she happens to encounter a Djinn (Idris Elba) who offers her three wishes in exchange for his freedom. This presents two problems. First, she doubts that he is real and second, because she is a scholar of story and mythology, she knows all the cautionary tales of wishes gone wrong. The Djinn pleads his case by telling her fantastical stories of his past. Eventually she is beguiled and makes a wish that surprises them both.

| This is a director George Miller film. He is well known for Happy Feet 1 and 2, 4 Mad Max films {with 2 more being in production right now} and the Academy Awards nominated films: Lorenzo's Oil and The Witches Of Eastwick. It should not be watched in a lousy CAM version with stupid ads. It should be watched in glorious clean sharp ad free 1080p or 2160p. I will wait for the digital release on Amazon Prime a few months from now. |

| My guy I don't think anybody would try to watch a George Miller like this. This is just a CAM that exists for all the reasons other CAMs exist. Obviously HD is everybody's preferred version, ur stating the obvious. |
