Greg Norman's 50 Years Of Holden. This video I encoded from a VHS tape. Naturally video quality is less than perfec t. The historical content in this film makes it a must for Aussies, for Holden lovers, or those that just want to know how Holden grew into the 21st century.
For the motor racing enthusiasts, there are some classic shots of Peter Brock, Alan Moffat and other racing identities along with early races from Philip Island, Bathurst etc.
Sadly now, our Holdens come in from China or Brazil or somewhere. Such a shame to see this happen, but the high rates of Australian wages forced this to happen.
Watch and I know you will enjoy. I have included a JPEG of the VHS cover.
I would be pleased to get your comments after you view the movie.
No it wasn't my wages that closed it, it was the cost to build a car here
