The protagonist is Daigo, a very extrovert boy, son of Dr. Otaki, a brilliant scientist who, after being physically dead, continues his existence inside a computer. The story is set in Victor City, a futuristic city whose past hides a great secret; this city is suddenly attacked by the merciless Madokter alien race. Although Victor City is strenuously defended by its military forces, the Madokter are numerically overwhelming and above all technologically superior to the city's military.
