At West Point Academy in 1830, the calm of an October evening is shattered by the discovery of a young cadet's body swinging from a rope just off the parade grounds. An apparent suicide is not unheard of in a harsh regimen like West Point's, but the next morning, an even greater horror comes to light. Someone has stolen into the room where the body lay and removed the heart.

Colour balance was tweaked to achieve true white balance, while keeping skin tones correct. Also deep colours looked anaemic, so they were enhanced for a more vibrant display. The contrast was also increased for a 1200 nit max brightness. No Ai was used.
An absolute gem! I don't usually do newer movies, others are better at it than me.
A period drama, mystery and much more.
Many top class names, but the real star here is Harry Melling. Not that the rest didn't do fantastically, it is just that I did not expect young Melling (from Harry Potter fame) to top them all!
