 | I'd say "similar" but not identical, but i guess whether Christian or Secular sex sells just the same. I never watched or found interest in Duck Dynasty or Phil what's his name have even less interest in his love hillbilly affair! |

| I was over a third of the way in when I realized that this was about the Duck Dynasty guy. I streamed it from another site without reading the premise. Maybe 30-45 minutes in, I realized why it was called 'The Blind' and shortly after that sunk in, something about the beard and his girlfriend/fiance's name rang a bell, it hit me... those Duck Dynasty people found me again. I felt like I eluded having to see or listen to them for years. I may have even never thought about them ever again. And today, I let them back in, willingly nonetheless. |

 | I never heard of this Duck Dynasty until they had an interview with Jordan Peterson's, they were promoting this film. I think it is probably a good morals/low budget production. |

| With Duck Dynasty you will either hate or love it. No way around it. Some people love rednecks & some people are racists.  I do think they could have done a better job with the movie as far as production, more well known actors & director etc. People who don't live near Louisiana will just not get it. You have to have been born there to get it. Had a friend who was a Cajun that had an 8 foot Alligator as a pet & as a guard dog. The guys nickname was actually Gator.  |

| If you are a christian then you may enjoy this movie. If you like music then you will like the score. Surprisingly I really really enjoyed the score. Very solid and memorable and definitely something everyone can enjoy from this film. According to phil robertson this is his actual story and not dramatized. |
