Multiplayer Steps (by kumakumakuma)
1. Clean install (no cracks applied), Copy contents in '' _Original Clean Files '' folder and paste in main game folder
2. Inside bin folder, change or create steam_appid.txt. The appid can either be spacewar or toxikk (324810)
3. Open game from bin/bg3_dx11.exe
4. Multiplayer->either enter rooms from other toxikk clients or direct connect. Friend invites on steam also work.
Also there is a bug that if your screen size is too small (1400×900 or smaller), you won’t see direct connect box. To temporarily fix it, go window mode, smaller size than your cap, resize manually the window horizontally, you will now see the direct connect button in multiplayer tab.

 | Hey all, I checked my roaming folder and I don't see any "integritycheck.exe" at all. Saw a post on this via reddit so I checked my own files. I've installed it and played for a few hours. My cpu is fine, no spikes or nothing. No new internet connections, nothing. It seems clean to me. The only instance I've heard of "integritycheck.exe" is a Baldur's Gate 3 torrent on 1337x by a guy named VitaminX. You can read about it here. https://www.reddit.com/r/Piracy/comments/15itrip/1337x_admins_allowing_bg3_torrent_with_bitcoin/ I could honestly be wrong about all this, I am new to this type of stuff but just wanted to drop my 2 cents. I want to trust DODI here. |

| Coming up clean with every test I can throw at it. Installed, played for hours and everything is fine. DODI would have removed it from all sources by now if they had mistakenly uploaded something malicous. People are just panicking and a lot of misinformation is gettign spread around. It wasn't IGG and it wasn't DODI. The issue was with a version uploaded by a user called VitaminX on 1337x, which has now been removed. But, VitaminX's profile is still live on 1337x and they a Vip Uploader status there for some reason so.. be careful on 1337x or completely avoid it and only use uploads from well known, safe uploaders. |

| This thing seems to be installing something called integritycheck.exe in your roaming folder, not sure why, but i noticed that it pops up in your task manager, however it hides it self when u bring up, had to use processes manager and notice it sneaking in there. Something about it...seems odd. For the record its not part of the game. |

| - integritycheck.exe is a windows exe not compress tool so that is on your windows not my repack - Miners need internet connection to work, my repacks install offline - Proof, only you report that because it is only on your windows  |

| Seems to be some misinfo here. Downloaded and installed, looked for integritycheck.exe and couldn't find it. CPU usage is normal no sudden spikes or anything. Scanned with malwarebytes and got no hits. Checked with process hacker and task manager and couldn't find anything running. I double checked by running the game and seeing if it was running along side it but got nothing as well. |
