Later with Jools Holland S62 (2023) complete (1280x720p HD, 50fps, soft Eng subs)

Jools brings together hot, legendary and undiscovered artists for live studio performances, interviews and musical magic.

E01
Jools invites more classic and contemporary artists for music sessions in north London's Alexandra Palace Theatre. Returning to the show are Irish singer-songwriter Hozier, debuting tracks from his recent Eat Your Young EP, and 2021 Mercury Prize winner Arlo Parks, performing songs from her highly anticipated second album My Soft Machine. They're joined by three artists making their debut on the show: Irish folk singer-songwriter Lisa O'Neill, sharing a track from her fifth album All of This Is Chance, soulful trio Thee Sacred Souls, performing a track from their self-titled EP, and venbee, one of the female artists leading the drum and bass resurgence. Also, Jools chats to legendary music photographer Jill Furmanovsky about the retrospective exhibition of her work being held at Manchester Central Library, which celebrates 50 years of her photography of some of the biggest names in music.

E02
Returning to the show are British vocal powerhouse Jessie Ware, who returns with a couple of numbers from her disco-infused fifth studio album That! Feels Good!, and Nottingham duo Sleaford Mods, fresh from a successful North American tour that included a performance at Coachella. They're joined by three artists making their debuts on the show: Dave Okumu & the 7 Generations, led by the prolific and revered producer and performing a collaboration with ESKA, east London's Olivia Dean, making her TV debut with the song Dive from her forthcoming album Messy, and the Waeve, a musical collaboration between Blur's Graham Coxon and vocalist and musician Rose Elinor Dougall, once a member of The Pipettes. Also, Jools chats to legendary drummer Stewart Copeland, whose forthcoming new album Police Deranged for Orchestra sees him team up with an orchestra to rework some of the biggest hits written and recorded by The Police.

E03
Oxford rocker and Supergrass frontman Gaz Coombes returns to the show to perform songs from his critically acclaimed solo album Turn the Car Around. Meanwhile, singer-songwriter Mahalia makes her solo debut with a performance of her single Terms and Conditions. They're joined by two returning duos – Mexico City’s Grammy-winning Rodrigo y Gabriela, who perform a couple of numbers from their sixth album In Between Thoughts... A New World, and Brighton rockers Royal Blood with a new track ahead of their UK and European tour. Completing the line-up is debutante and 2019 US youth poet laureate Kara Jackson, who has just released her debut album Why Does the Earth Give Us People to Love?

E04
Returning to the show are Alison Goldfrapp, here for the first time as a solo artist, to perform a couple of numbers from her LP The Love Invention, Eddie Chacon, joined by his collaborator and producer John Carroll Kirby to perform Holy Hell from their second solo album Sundown, and The Jordan, who has taken a new musical turn with her debut album Nowhere Near the Sky. Making their debuts in the studio are The Lathums, performing two songs from their second number one album From Nothing to a Little Bit More, and Anglo-American duo Baba Ali, with a track from their second album Laugh Like a Bomb.

E05
Returning to the show are Los Angeles-based British-American gospel soul trio Gabriels, with tracks from their forthcoming second album Angels & Queens: Part II, and Malian musician and pioneer Fatoumata Diawara, who has just released her album London Ko. As well as showing her unique blend of traditional and contemporary sounds, the album sees her reunite with Damon Albarn, who joins Fatoumata to perform their track Nsera. Two more artists return to the show but with new projects and musical offerings: Far from Saints, a collaboration between Stereophonics’ Kelly Jones and The Wind and the Wave’s Patty Lynn and Dwight Baker, who perform a couple of tracks from their recently released genre-crossing, self-titled album, and Fontaines D.C. frontman Grian Chatten, who makes his solo debut with a performance of Fairlies, his latest single from his upcoming album Chaos for the Fly. Making their debut on the show is Oxford’s Elmiene, a rising star of the British soul scene, who performs his track Marking My Time. And Texas frontwoman Sharleen Spiteri joins Jools to discuss their recently released greatest hits album The Very Best of 1989-2023 and their upcoming performance on the Pyramid Stage at Glastonbury Festival.

E06
Jools presents a very special episode of Later… starring Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds. Following the release of their fourth studio album Council Skies, the Mancunian icon performs a full set with his band and a 16-piece string orchestra for an intimate performance of new songs such as Pretty Boy, Open The Door, See What You Find and the title track Council Skies. There are also a few treats from the High Flying Birds and Oasis repertoires, including a B-side Noel has never performed live before. Noel also joins Jools for a chat at the piano, and there's a quick look back at his performances on the show over the years.
