 | The only time mine gave me an error was when I tried upscaling a corrupted video file. I only realised there was an error in the file when I was using it in premiere pro and that failed with an error. If you're sure your video file is 100% ok, check your pc meets the min requiremnets. Like I said it's only happened to me once. "Windows Minimum Requirements: A DirectX12 compatible GPU (NVidia or AMD). An Intel CPU from 2015 onwards or an AMD CPU from 2016 onwards. A dedicated GPU with at least 4GB of VRAM". |
