 | I wasn't really sure what the point of this movie was. For rich people to pat themselves on the back? I didn't it find it inspiring or anything. The decision for MJ to not say anything and always have his back to the camera was laughable at best. They try to make him out to be a hero character, but it's just a fucking shoe. And all these people make way too much fucking money. It's depressing. |

 | I think it shows the ridicule of capitalism. Relate a product, any product, to a celebrity and people are willing to pay tenfold. That's why all these celebrities have their own brand of perfume, underwear, restaurants, whatever, without having the slightest knowledge of any of that. Selling thin air, smoke and mirror. |

 | There is an older movie I recommend watching Prefontaine (1997). Some actors you will recognize. Anyway, it was nice to see Nike or the beginnings of the company and how they made a shoe sole with a waffle iron for a runner. |

| Prefontaine 1997 was a great movie with Jared Leto. Prefontaine was one of the greatest runners of all time. His best mile was only 3.5 seconds off of the world record at the time. |

| Bill Bowerman was the one who came up with the idea for the pattern on the bottom of the Nike shoe with an idea he got from his wife's waffle iron. My dad worked for a guy who lived next door to Bowerman & he told my dad that story. |
