Band played their own compositions and jazz standards. In 1975, he began performing at numerous festivals and concert tours, and made his first recordings for Polish Radio. He has had many successes, both in Poland and abroad. It ceased to exist in 1984.

"Purpurowa Bossa" appears for the first time on CD, remastered from the original tapes from the archives of Polskie Nagrania. The album's program is supplemented by three radio recordings from the band's last session in 1984 and a text on the history of the band in the booklet. The re-edition is coming out on the 40th anniversary of the material's production as part of a partnership between GAD Records and Polskie Nagrania / Warner Music Poland.
