Once almost incredible on the wanted list, but now, albeit a rare one. but already available disc of the British hard rock band Possessed. The fact is that this work became an official release many, many years after the recording. And not only after the recording, but also after the death of all members of the group. On October 25, 1976, the car in which the guys were sitting crashed into the tank at full speed and everyone died on the spot.
The leader of the group was Vernon Pereira - one of his first projects was simultaneously one of the first musical experiences of the future stars of Led Zeppelin, Plant and Bonham. That long-forgotten band was called Band of Joy. She did not live too long, but one or two demos survived:
After experimenting with Band of Joy, Pereira put together a new team, which recorded the Exploration disc. It was printed, according to various sources, from hundreds to thousands of promotional discs. Why "did not go" - I do not know. not too high-quality work of sound engineers - the music is very interesting, but for a studio recording it seems damp. Now Possessed is called the forerunner, or even the first incarnation of Judas Priest, and then almost no one heard it.
