| Such promise, so badly implemented and compromised. This had the potential to be an excellent spy film, but continuous utterly stupid plot elements which even a government spy department that was incompetent enough to let a couple of russian spooks wander across their capital (leaving a trail) to kill people with radioactive substances would gasp and mutter 'would that heck as like ever happen. Armed unit prepared outside a house where the killer is being watched - and the killer somehow unexplainedly 'escapes' when they charge in is just one of many ridiculous aspects of this full of stupid unbelievable holes series. |

 | great torrent thx :) i have only watched 1st episode and i am on the fence with this one. it is not bad but the opening sequence is a bit stupid to my mind. SPOILER of sorts a man, who is some sort of member of an intelligence agency, is trapped in an elevator with a broken vial of a deadly poison which is killing him. this is inside the middle of a fairly busy shopping centre or mall. his female partner gets a call from him letting her know his situation, in code of course, and she immediately rushes to prise open the doors, even though he shouts at her not to. she THEN shouts out a warning to the surrounding public to get out and hits the alarm. then she starts to lead the whole investigation. to recap, a member of the intelligence community tries to not only commit suicide but also take a large group of the public with them. when this fails, they then warn those they just tried hard to kill and set off alarms. they then get promoted to lead the investigation which includes a possible global terrorism threat. well, I feel secure :D so i immediately start watching the rest of the episode from a negative viewpoint. after episode one i am back to equal footing. hopefully the rest of the series improves my opinion one way or tother in addition to the above i then binge watched the other 9 episodes right after and loved it. thankfully that opening was the only obvious negative point and i am now 6 hrs late to bed in evidence :D |
