Build flexibility within a Vinyasa flow! The full-body flows in this series were designed specifically to help you move with freedom and ease as you deepen your range of motion.
Each 45 to 60 minute flow mixes strength with flexibility to create an internal heat that opens the body in a completely different way than typical stretching and static holds. We'll begin slowly to warm and open your body naturally and safely before we begin flowing. As you move from pose to pose, you will work your muscles dynamically to release tension and simultaneously deepen your practice. Every class concludes with a cool down, leaving you feeling balanced and whole. I've also included one of my in-studio classes so you can experience a flexibility flow in a lighthearted community environment!
These Vinyasa flows are my favorite way to deepen and express my flexibility because they feel the most natural in my body. I'm so excited to show you how fun it is to build flexibility within a flow so you can explore new spaces in your poses and your practice!
