 | The series follows Phillip Pullman’s trilogy of novels, collectively known as His Dark Materials, but still I feel like i'm watching a different version of the golden compass or if you live in the UK its title is "Northern Lights" re written for TV . fact is we are indeed watching an adaption for TV . Because no sequels were made to The Golden Compass movie, the BBC series will be slightly different and tell the story of the entire trilogy. For those of you who dont know of the movie "The Golden Compass" The film was made in 2007 and starred Nicole Kidman, Daniel Craig and Kathy Bates. it was really good and even won an oscar for best visual effects . despite this no Sequels we made . The Golden Compass movie focused on just one of the books in the trilogy. So the Benefits of this being turned into a series are plentiful . The Fact is a series (all going well) gets time to take us deeper into the world of his dark materials , we will get to know the characters better & Id say we will also get some back stories of individuals over time . if you like the idea of multi verses ,the mystery of who done it and exciting creatures called Daemons this show is for you . as we share the adventures of two children, Lyra Belacqua and Will Parry, in this coming of age tail were they wander through a series of parallel universes discover the secret of Dust chase down kidnappers just to name a few exciting things to come then this series is for you . anther series that recently used multi verses was " The man in the high castle " Fantastic series very thought provoking considering the sign of the times . any way blah blah there you go enjoy V - 10 A - 10 Much thanks Uploader ! |
