 | I just watched it and its actually really good!  Just maybe it should have been 1 hour 30 its over 2 hours actually! In the end it got a bit less good but still pretty good movie especially first hour and 20 mins or so :) |

 | Don Johnson sure has been playing his fair share of corrupt cops lately, I wonder if he's trying to tell us something. In any case, this looks interesting, and from a pretty good director, too ("Green Room", "Blue Ruin"... should this one have been called "Red Road" instead?). Will give it a look/see and hopefully it's not just a rehash of "Walking Tall". Thanks for the film uploader, much appreciated! |

 | "Rebel Ridge" is like a breath of fresh air after a season of forgettable summer flicks. It boasts solid acting, sharp writing, and a director who clearly knows his stuff. Aaron Pierce delivers - he’s that good. What makes this movie stand out is how he doesn't oversell his character's backstory. Instead of piling on excessive drama or flashy details, he lets the character's depth and complexity unfold naturally, making for a much more engaging and authentic performance. With a talented cast - Johnson and Denman- and a story that actually has some depth and heart, this suspense thriller of a film is ENTERTAINING - beginning to end. It’s the kind of movie that deserves a theatrical release and Hollywood buzz. Good movie. |
