| I understand the principle, but 10 minutes is just way over the top. I've been running forums for over 20 years and never needed to do this. :? Personally I have no issue shouting up about things, but I wonder how many just silently never bother trying again. :( Something to think about. B) | |

| the trouble is torrent sites are notorious for people who like to create ID's and flame thread. The 10 minute cooling off period is about protection and verification. Its temporary if your genuine. Its only a problem if your new or looking to cause mischief. I'm speaking from experience. | |
