| Judges directions were quite clear on this mikey.... If a juror find Trump guilty of any one crime....then the judge counts it as Guilty even if they do NOT think he's guilty of the other 2 "crimes" so you can easily get 4 thinkin he's guilty on one crime...4 on the other...and 4 on the 3rd....and the judge said he WILL count that as a "Unanimous Verdict" as all 12 decided he was guilty of "a crime"  You can easily find this anywhere online and it's been baffling legal experts all over the globe that it was allowed....this is why he will definitively win any appeal....and that is why they also announced any appeal will be heard in JANUARY ....after the Muricanoan ErectionsMuricanoan Legal System dictates that judges are chosen at random for these trials and yet this judge has done all three of Trumps Trials so far...? ...and he's not even on that list they choose from....he's a reserve...and his daughter has made 93 million from this trial from Democrats....not suspect at allJust for clarity...i'm from u.k. and have no love for trump the person...but anyone not Muricanoan can see this for what it really is ...it's a sad day for the Muricanoan way of lifeLast edited by B4ND1T69 on 2024-05-31 21:57:01 | |

| Ok some things are being confused. This was a criminal trial not a civil trial. The jury is required to come to a unanimous decision on each count for conviction.They can convict on some charges and acquit on others. However in this case all 12 jurors agreed that trump was guilty on each of the 34 charges. They did not have to agree on the means by which he committed an offence, only that he was indeed guilty of that particular charge. This is how a "criminal" trial works. Not to be confused with a "civil" trial which does not require a unanimous decision and requires a lower burden of proof to be convicted. | |

| not confused here...was stating how the judge directed the jury and how unpresidented it was to allow them to choose 3 possible crimes and produced a mystery 2nd crime aswell ...if they find that he probably commited one of three crimes for each offence or commited one of three crimes to cover up a mystery 2nd crime then the judge will accept a guilty verdict...so they can be unanimous that he did something but not the same thing and it's acceptedThe limitations on the actual crime he just got found guily for ran out....this only came about by the DA butchering a bookeeping misdemeanor with a conspiracy felony charge...which he did not get found guilty for..? ...and the Judge would not let the Electorial Commissionar be called as a witness to state that no election or bookeeping crime had been commited and what trump did was in fact legal.If this is how Muricano Law now works then even god cannot help sleepy when he gets outta office ....at least he won't be the first convicted...but i doubt his conviction will get overturned due to lack of evidence or crimeSad to watch really | |
