| Removing the original encoder/uploader's tag is known as detagging and is disrespectful. Indexing is a completely different thing. It's using the original .torrent file. If you want to re-upload an existing torrent, you need to change the info hash by creating your own .torrent file and leave the original uploaders tag (if any) intact.
