 | John Candy's character is one of the most annoying characters ever. In real life he would had been told to go fuck off and if he didn't, the police would be called, he will be charged with harassment and a restraining order can also be filed. We had a neighbor like that 15 years ago, we call the police on him several times, file complaint with the apartment management office. He was finally evicted for being a nuisance. |

 | @jaxe: This movie was way overrated. While is was somewhat funny in parts. You are correct, John Candy's character was overly annoying and that entire scene with the 273 F-bombs was totally unnecessary and not funny in the least. Actually, it wholly detracted from the movie! Never understood the attraction. |
