| @Adidas70 Yep, agree. total crap acting, the hart show is comical especially the grieving dad :D , the acting overall is just above that of a porno 8o but the gore doesn't pull any punches :-@ 8o it was worth watching just for the gore scenes *crosses legs* 8o |

| :warn POTENTIAL PLOT SPOILERS AHEAD: STAY SAFE :warn The story-line is non-existent. A good chunk of the run-time is taken up with something called 'The Hart Show' basically a kind of vlogger talking about a serial killer and his followers who reputedly inhabited a now about-to-be demolished abandoned hospital that he is standing outside. He also interviews the brother of one of the girls who 'disappeared'. Then another chunk of the run-time is taken up with a about-to-be-married couple setting out on a trip. The guy wants to visit this deserted hospital. You will never guess what happens to them. The gore basically comes mostly at the beginning and end and is credited as such 'Blood FX Beginning; and ;Blood FX End'. Being low budget and given what little there is is pretty well done there isn't a lot of it. We aren't too far into it when we see a drill going in the area next to a vagina 8o ; the drill then goes into her vagina 8o The psycho then fetches a pair of scissors and goes to cut her clitoris but it cuts off just at the exact moment before the cut is made 8o So if you are a girl (or a guy) this may make you squirm and cross your legs :-@The effects are realistic and so maybe not for the squeamish. More realistic looking than say 'Wolf Creek'. 8o There is a deformed character who looks pretty realistic too. It is short and sweet and barely runs to an hour an ten minutes. As said at the top of this review there is not a lot happening in this; has the feeling of a half-baled story although saying that at least is doesn't drag :? Certainly no masterpiece, it won't be winning any Oscars :D not an awful lot going for in, in fact very little :D , low budget most of which was spent on a few scenes. Totally devoid of a plot with some decent gore. Maybe worth a star or two on the Cage/Trejo scale :D:-@ |
