It's a movie version of "Where's Waldo", except instead of a young man wearing glasses and a striped shirt, I was looking all over for a POINT. Driver's character seemed to be in a perpetual, drug-fueled haze, and I couldn't tell if what was going on in the movie was actually happening or just something going on in his brain. (Note: Do NOT watch this movie if you do drugs of any kind. It will cause IRREPARABLE DAMAGE.) The idea of anyone casually walking out on buildings or suspended girders is a personal phobia of mine, but the characters walk out on parallel bars over a thousand feet above the street. At that point, they could be reading from the phone book and I wouldn't be able to tell; all I could think about was what would happen if they fell or jumped off. Either option is expected. Aubrey Plaza and Giancarlo Esposito are completely wasted on this Escher painting committed to celluloid. Do yourself a favor. Watch a test screen. You'll get more out of it than this mess. |
After the first 60 minutes I turned the TV off ! Un perdido del tiempo ! |
Truly one of the worst follies of a film ever, appalling. Mark Kermode rips this apart brilliantly on YT if you want a fun watch. Certainly way more fun than this film. |
A/V 9, script was one actually written? Acting, even big names couldn't save this pile of puke, after being abused for 1 hour turned it off and enjoyed some self abuse, with a far more satisfactory out come! |
My word. What a pile of horseshit. Not seen anything that bad for a long time! |
Thanks for the up, but FFC - WTELF is this? JFC with the high mindedness... dumb it down a little for those of use normies who just work every day for a living and don't get to the effing Canterbury Tales every year. Not a surprise... when a writer/director produce (i.e. pay for) their own work because nobody else will that usually "means something". |
