If Jaxe can confirm the chick in the middle of the movie poster is naked at some point, i wouldn't bet AGAINST him watching it. |
Doing my part A few kisses and one scene of teenagers making out. Go watch the Magical Negros movie its way more funny than this one. |
This is actually a pretty decent coming of age movie, and if you grew up in the 80's it's fairly accurate, definitely worth a watch. |

Not bad, not great. Kind of felt like a heavily watered down take on Fast Times at Ridgemont High. Or... better yet, something similar to The Way Way Back (with Sam Rockwell) meets Staten Island Summer (with Cecile Strong). It's a coming of age movie for a group of teens meant to take place in the 70's. Having not known it takes place in the 70's, it really feels pulled from current day with the way that one of the kids comes across. The acting is mostly good and it had it's moments, but one of the kids was hard to like and some of the decisions they made seemed out of place, but overall, it was alright. Plus, Wags from Billions is in it. He and Jillian Vigman (Hangovers) make a good pair (comedically). Thanks for the upload. |

Is this really better than 'Stand by Me' (8.1/440K over on IMDB) |
Just over half way done watching it, and having a hard time finding a reason to finsh. Not really a comedy... just, 2 guys and their summer... |
A That 70's Show chapter made in to a movie, but in Nebraska instead of Wisconsin and with out Eric and the gang... I'll pass... |
Nebraska 1991, that is old melancholy, they are in their 30ies now, not even smart phone back then and internet with modems at snails pace... And I am from 1961, that is really old, not going to watch a movie made for teenies ... |
Id watch this 6 times in a row before I ever watched The Magical Negroes |
