I don't have all the knowledge about x265 and all that. Feel free to tell me all about it. But, I think the film looks OK. So, thank you for the upload. |
Encoding by bitrate, no by filesize. 2500 kb/s (as once RARBG)... results in the same quality for every video. If encode movie by size 1.6 GB, (just like Galaxy) it results: longer video - worse quality. |
Filesize = 5 GiB Overall bitrate = 3 882 kb/s Filesize = 12 GiB Overall bitrate = 10.1 Mb/s |
Thank for the 1080p 6ch encode G-Team, appreciate all your encodes and hard work. FYI: For those collecting Equalizer, The (2023) 3, I created a merged Eng sub containing both the English and Italian (forced). See comments sections on the Equalizer 3 torrents for links to the subs. Cheers, S420 |
Tnx GalaxyRG, would u please be kind and do a x265 encode too? |
Video 8 / Audio 10. I appreciate the upload but like I said before, most of GalaxyRG´s uploaded videos don´t have the best Video quality. You can do better than this, GalaxyRG. |
Not the best of course, there are much better bit rate encodes available. But some folks collect and save which could add up to having huge TB drives. So you could just go grab the 5k-10 bit rate encodes instead of complaining about GalaxyRG´s quality. |
100%! They are similar in size to RARBG videos but the quality is quite bad. RARBG quality was with sizes ranging from 1.6GB to 1.9-2GB without pixelating like this movie and the new x265 looks as it should but the size is huge +4 GB... with x265 they used to be smaller files than x264 with the same or better quality. |
x265 just stresses my system way too much. And the colors always look dark no matter which player I use. h264 looks best imho. I agree these could be better. A 2gig file isn't going to use that much more space than 1.6 gb. It says a 2gb file in the MediaInfo, so did something go wrong while encoding? |
The quality is bad because it's a long movie, 1 hr longer than usual 2 hour films. RARBG looks decent at similar filesizes because they are shorter. Longer movie, same filesize means lower bitrate means c**p quality. This rip looks terrible. For 1080p you need at least 4-5GB minimum at x265 and 9-10GB at 264 for this to look halfway decent. Action movie so it needs high bitrate to not look like artifacted vomit during action sequences. Come on guys. |
