Laurie Strode giunge al suo ultimo confronto con Michael Myers, la figura mascherata che la perseguita da quando quattro decenni prima è riuscita a scampare alla spaventosa carneficina messa in atto la notte di Halloween.

La notte di Halloween che ha segnato il ritorno di Michael Myers non è ancora finita.
Alcuni minuti dopo che Laurie Strode, la figlia Karen e la nipote Allyson hanno lasciato il mostro mascherato Michael Myers intrappolato e avvolto dalle fiamme nello scantinato della casa di Laurie, la donna viene portata d’urgenza in ospedale perché gravemente ferita, ma convinta di avere finalmente ucciso il suo persecutore di un’intera vita.
Quando invece Michael riesce a liberarsi dalla trappola di Laurie, il suo rituale bagno di sangue ricomincia.
Mentre combatte con il dolore e si prepara a difendersi da lui, Laurie convince tutta Haddonfield a ribellarsi contro questo mostro inarrestabile.
Le donne Strode si uniscono ad altri sopravvissuti alla prima furia di Michael e decidono di prendere in mano la situazione, formando un gruppo di vigilanti che intende dare la caccia a Michael, una volta per tutte.
Il male morirà stanotte.

Halloween Ends (2022)
Quattro anni dopo gli eventi narrati in Halloween Kills, Laurie vive con la sua nipote Allyson e sta finendo di scrivere le sue memorie.
Di Michael Myers non si sono più avute notizie e Laurie, dopo aver consentito per decenni allo spettro di Michael di entrare nella sua vita, è determinata a lasciarsi tutto alle spalle una buona volta e di ricominciare a vivere.
Ma quando Corey Cunningham, un giovane, viene accusato di aver ucciso un ragazzino a cui faceva da baby sitter, si scatena una cascata di violenza e di terrore che spinga Laurie a un confronto finale con ciò che non può controllare.
