Shattered - L'Inganno, il film diretto da Luis Prieto, vede protagonista Chris Decker (Cameron Monaghan), giovane, milionario e divorziato. Quando incontra l'affascinante, sexy e misteriosa Sky (Lilly Krug), scatta subito la passione tra i due. Quando Chris rimane infortunato, la giovane donna si offre subito di trasferirsi a casa sua per accudirlo. Ben presto però, lo strano comportamento di Sky inizia a inquietare l'uomo, che sospetta che la donna abbia sinistre intenzione, sospetti che aumentano quando la compagna di stanza di Sky viene trovata assassinata. Chris, la sua ex moglie e la figlia si ritrovano intrappolati in una lotta disperata per la sopravvivenza.
