At the risk of revealing a bit of a spoiler, yes, "this is a spinoff prequel of Supernatural" and although the A/V is great (thank you TGxTV), the first two episodes have been a bit of a letdown. Maybe it's because we all had so long to get used to the characters in Supernatural, and this is only episode two, but I just can't see how I could ever relate to any of the characters here, the way I did after fifteen seasons of its' predecessor. This isn't a "Gen Z thing", it's just poor writing and a poor excuse to extend a much-loved franchise. That's a shame, because I'd have really liked to like this, but I'm afraid it's just not going to happen  Thanks anyway TGxTV luvya loads   |

| Casting in this series sucks. No star power. No acting chops from any of em. Boring faces, boring voices. A cash grab not even worthy of the trademark. After going all the through the roller coaster of supernatural where the stakes kept rising, you throw us back to the start when its the most boring with low tech, low stakes. Its just flat and boring like so much of the Gen Zs work. |
