 | Thank you very much as always TGX for another week of incredible new content & thanks to all the staff and volunteers and all the countless hours every week that you all put in to our fantastic site, that make it all possible, to be the very best!:) A special thanks to @Jaxe as I did read what he wrote above before looking at the IMDB trailer and watching the movie in it's entirety, which typically I wouldn't have done, but we are visiting my Dad & he wanted to watch it more than the Mrs. & I. So, we gave the trailer more credence & warned my Dad that many movies now a day's are done in that fashion but hey, when you're laid up in a hospital bed, this was better than the alternatives for him, apparently. So "Take the Night, Family Over Fortune", became the Watch, and as always, I will rate the torrent and movie for all of us, and the Torrents here at TGX, are always excellent, 5 stars above A/V-10/10..thank you always to the encoder!:) As far as the movie went, will give it an avg rating, since all of us felt about the same, and didn't really have to talk about it much. My wife is very familiar wife the IMDB scoring system and my Dad just threw a number at us, and just had to ask for a bit of clarity to get an exact IMDB score from his perspective. Believe all three of us felt that the movie had parts that were good, but unfortunately the overall acting was a bit weak, primarily due to budgetary constraints. So we all gave the movie the M=4.0 but overall that's perhaps better than I would have expected on avg., but it was entertaining in some parts of the movie & hopefully in the future if they make more films, and do get more budget to work with, they can hire other professionals to help in directing, producing, and some of the other roles, in whatever type of film they are attempting! Not to bad from going from a short to a long film and having a limited crew to do production, directing as well as acting in the first feature film. That's a tough ask to pull off successfully, and yet they did just about an average job! Thanks to all!:)  |
