Video 7/10  ( If they were no Watermark ADS ) video would have been like 9/10 for me...
Audio 5/10 (But after doing what  Guest-1895 said )
You have to disable "stereo" mode, just choose audio channel "left" or "right" and audio gets fixed. In VLC go to "audio" > "stereo mode" > "left" or "right"

FOR Venom i was expecting ASIAN HC VERSION Before AMERICAN WEB-DL (But i guess this is what we have TILL WEB-DL )
