wow!! its like a Van Gogh painting, its all over the place with too much going on at once , the CGI is not bad ,audio bit hard to hear with all the excitement , But why didn't the Aussie Houso Bogan rise up and save man kind, will keep you entertained for a while, 7/10 |
Thanks for the upload. I think a lot of people are missing the point of Torrenting; it costs nothing but time and bandwidth . Watch, don't watch then delete (AFTER seeding ;) ) If the films worth the cost of admission go see it at the movies . |
thanks for all the comments.. i would love to pass this movie but i think i would give it a try.. hope to see the 1st part of this too |
should the original be watched first then? Is it a direct sequel where i'll be missing crucial information if i jump into it? TY FOR THE UP!! |
@ G-22 and all others, if you copy these movies on to a thumb drive and play through a bluray upscaling player to a 4k tv, th bluray upscales the video to 4k and the tv matches it. just some info for those that don't know. peace |
I was going to pass on this one, but kentk9 you have persuaded me to take this baby out for a spin I will be back on with some choice words if she doesn't live up to expectations Mark my words |
You need something harder than beer to watch this Kent9 this is not much better than Occupation i think this Franchise needs to be put to bed |
allways streaming 720p only.. why.. its 2021 duds, 700mb rips like divx times 20 years ago.. awesome... |
Just finished watching it and have a few additional comments to add. I thought it was a fun ride. As Reaper mentioned, the FX and CGI are generally pretty good. Think 'Star Wars' and 'Guardians of the Galaxy' got married, moved to Sydney, had a baby - and named it Rainfall. And they did it all on a budget. i.e., it's not as smooth or as polished as a big-budget Hollywood blockbuster, but they put a lot of heart and effort into it - and it's a movie the whole family can enjoy. Plenty of humour and no f-bombs or bare boobs. On the negative end of the spectrum: Black and dimly lit scenes are a little blotchy and grainy, which is not uncommon. I understand why Reaper only gave it a 3/5 on the TGx torrent quality scale. It's not a deal-breaker, but you might want to consider the 1080p version if you're fussy about video quality. Regarding audio quality: This is one of those flicks with a really loud background soundtrack, which can make it a bit of a challenge to understand some of the dialogs. Throw in the aliens, who are speaking into their masks - and the Aussie accents - and I suspect non-native English speakers will have some issues understanding every word. I'm a native speaker and probably missed 20% of the dialogs, which is unusually high - and the reason I'm mentioning it. Ideally, this movie should have subtitles. Maybe someone will post a link? On a 10 point scale, I'd rate it as follows: Video 6/10 Audio 6/10 and the film itself 7/10 Put some popcorn in the microwave and some beer in the fridge. Not a bad way to spend a Friday night. 🛸 Cheers, GalaxyRG. 🥂 |
@ Tex Australian 'cinema' such as Saltwater: The Battle to Steal My Sanity |
people are confused about the reapers star ratings because the whole world goes on quality of the movie not the torrent. stop trying to change a rating system that everyone goes by |
Talk about never having heard of Occupation Never heard of Ken Jeong either Why would you want to blow a flick's budget on a cameo by him? Like Ken who? |
@ Reaper Thanks, bud. This can't be worse than Saltwater: The Battle to Steal My Sanity Aliens, UFOs, good CGI? Beam me up, Ken Jeong. 🛸 Thanks, GalaxyRG. 🥂 |
